I needed some missing fascia and window casings replaced and some minor painting done; a job "too small" for other contractors in my area. Despite Dave not being a painter, he agreed to paint a couple of window frames that were on my 2nd and 3rd floors. It turned out that I needed much more painting than originally thought, so I had to hire a painter as well. Dave stuck to the contract, knowing I had a painter coming, he painted the window frames anyway. He and his assistant arrived on time, were professional and courteous and did a fantastic job! I would like to thank you for the expediency, workmanship and professionalism toward replacing and venting the new soffits you installed on our parents home located in Perry Township which is in between Canton and Massillon.
There was coordination required because we were replacing the roof and our roofing contractor had to remove the shingles first in order for you to complete the soffits before the roofer could conclude his required work. The scheduling and communication between you and our roofer was perfect which allowed both companies to work in harmony for this job to be completed.
I appreciated the communication because in the construction industry you rarely find a contractor that completes and meets the project time schedule as you have.
We most certainly will keep you in mind if we should have need for any additional services in the future.

I wanted to write to tell you what a good job you guys did. But, I also wanted you to know how the house did during the recent ice storm. We had been out of power for about 8 days. We heated the house with a kerosene heater throughout the time the power was down. We closed off the extra bedroom and the upstairs bedrooms and our house stayed at an approximate temperature of 68 degrees. The temperature wouldn't have stayed that at 68 degrees if it wasn't for your good job on the siding and windows (and of course the roof).
